Dr. Francisco J. Grippi serves as an Independent Medical Director at The FMR, providing clinical oversight, protocol development, and quality assurance. Fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology at Mayo Clinic Rochester and residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Grippi brings a precision-based, data-driven approach to metabolic optimization, hormone balance, and longevity-focused strategies. With a strong passion for functional medicine and healthspan science, his role ensures physician-led safety and medical integrity across all FMR protocols. At The FMR, his role is limited to independent medical oversight and physician-level guidance in collaboration with the clinical team.

Dr. Edward Opoku, DO
Dr. Edward Opoku is a board-certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and serves as Medical Director at The FMR. A California native, he earned his undergraduate degree in Psychobiology from UCLA, where he conducted research under the UCLA Robert Wood Johnson Program. He later completed a Master’s in Medical Science at Hampton University and received his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating at the top of his class. Dr. Opoku provides medical oversight, clinical supervision, and ensures that all patient care is delivered safely, ethically, and in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. He is passionate about preventive medicine, health promotion, and long-term wellness optimization. He believes that the future of medicine lies in disease prevention, metabolic health, and patient education — principles that guide his leadership at The FMR.

With advanced hospital-based experience and exceptional IV precision, Garrett brings acute-care expertise into the realm of personalized functional wellness, delivering every treatment with meticulous attention and a personalized touch.
