Dr. Francisco J. Grippi, MD

Dr. Francisco J. Grippi serves as an Independent Medical Director at The FMR, providing clinical oversight, protocol development, and quality assurance. Fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology at Mayo Clinic Rochester and residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Grippi brings a precision-based, data-driven approach to metabolic optimization, hormone balance, and longevity-focused strategies. With a strong passion for functional medicine and healthspan science, his role ensures physician-led safety and medical integrity across all FMR protocols. At The FMR, his role is limited to independent medical oversight and physician-level guidance in collaboration with the clinical team.

Dr. Edward Opoku, DO

Dr. Edward Opoku is a board-certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and serves as Medical Director at The FMR. A California native, he earned his undergraduate degree in Psychobiology from UCLA, where he conducted research under the UCLA Robert Wood Johnson Program. He later completed a Master’s in Medical Science at Hampton University and received his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating at the top of his class. Dr. Opoku provides medical oversight, clinical supervision, and ensures that all patient care is delivered safely, ethically, and in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. He is passionate about preventive medicine, health promotion, and long-term wellness optimization. He believes that the future of medicine lies in disease prevention, metabolic health, and patient education — principles that guide his leadership at The FMR.

Garrett C. Beard is a Registered Nurse with a clinical background in Neurology and Cardiology, extensive phlebotomy and laboratory experience, and serves as the Co-Founder and Clinical Leader of The FMR Concierge IV Division. With advanced hospital-based experience and exceptional IV precision, Garrett brings acute-care expertise into the realm of personalized functional wellness, delivering every treatment with meticulous attention and a personalized touch. His mission is to serve as a clinician and resource for his patients while providing safe, discreet, medically supervised IV and peptide treatments designed to support cellular repair, energy, performance, metabolic optimization, and longevity — all delivered with evidence-based care and patient-centered distinction.

Dr. Manuel José Lizárraga earned his medical degree in Venezuela and completed advanced postgraduate training in musculoskeletal imaging and regenerative joint procedures. He is board-certified as a Health Practitioner by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M, USA). At The FMR, Dr. Lizárraga serves as Clinical Director, focusing on protocol design, metabolic strategy development, peptide science education, and longevity-based clinical frameworks. He collaborates with licensed U.S. physicians to ensure that all patient care is delivered under appropriate medical supervision and within the scope of applicable healthcare laws. His clinical philosophy centers on optimizing healthspan through advanced diagnostics, bio-identical hormone strategies, metabolic activation, and evidence-informed wellness protocols.

Dr. Romina Nicola earned her medical degree in Venezuela and completed specialization training in Pediatrics and Child Care. At The FMR, she serves as a Clinical Nutrition and Wellness Specialist, working in collaboration with the physician-led team to develop personalized lifestyle, metabolic, and nutritional strategies. Her approach integrates evidence-based nutrition, bio-individuality principles, and long-term behavior transformation to support metabolic resilience and preventive health. Marisol Duque, A4M

Dr. Marisol Duque is an internationally trained physician with over 18 years of experience in integrative and bio-regenerative medicine. Her clinical focus centers on tissue regeneration, anti-aging strategies, and advanced skin rejuvenation protocols designed to support the body’s natural repair mechanisms. She has treated more than 10,000 patients across Latin America and Europe and is recognized within the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) community as an educator and conference speaker in longevity and regenerative medicine. At The FMR, Dr. Duque collaborates in a consulting capacity, contributing expertise in skin regeneration and aesthetic longevity protocols aligned with our physician-led model. Patient Care Coordination

At The FMR, our Patient Care Coordination team ensures a seamless, high-touch experience from initial inquiry through ongoing clinical follow-up. Every detail — from scheduling to laboratory logistics — is handled with precision, discretion, and efficiency. Our coordinators work closely with the physician-led team to support communication, streamline processes, and maintain the elevated concierge standard that defines The FMR.

Carlos Falconette

Carlos helps oversee consultation logistics, payment coordination, and follow-up communications. As Lead Patient Care Coordinator, he supports operational structure across the coordination team to maintain The FMR’s concierge-level standard of service. His role is non-clinical and administrative in nature, and does not include independent medical decision-making.

Victor Rocha

Victor supports clinical scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient communications. Trained as a Gestalt therapist, he brings an empathetic, human-centered perspective to his interactions.
